I have had the most incredible experience here at NG smiles. The thought and care that has gone into my Invisalign process has been second to none.The instructions have been so clear and easy to follow and if I ever had any questions the team were always on hand to help me!!I was a little nervous about starting this journey but I can hands down say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I could not recommend it more. I will be forever grateful to the team, and will certainly be coming back for all of my check- ups and hygiene appointments here. Had a great experience at NG Smiles...Centrally located, luxurious relaxing vibe, polite staff... it all put my mind at ease the minute I walked through the door. The hygienist was very friendly, efficient and comforting. The whole experience was excellent. Later it was a great experience to get a consultation and dental examination by Dr. Neha. She explained everything so well and reassuringly put m to mind at ease. I shall definitely be returning back for further hygienist appointments and any checkups as needed. Highly recommend for a seamless, reassuring dentist visit ! Five star experience - thanks Team Ng smiles

I can't recommend NG Smiles and Dr Neha Gokani and her team highly enoughly. It really is service with a (perfect) smile!They are incredibly friendly, caring and super detailed with their work. No longer do I dread dentist trips, as it's actually a pleasure to come here. It is very stylish, clean and spacious too.

Neha is very thorough during my routine dental check-ups and provides excellent advice on maintaining dental cleanliness. I highly recommend her! Inga, the hygienist, is incredibly gentle when cleaning my teeth. Despite having sensitive teeth, I felt no discomfort at all—In fact, she was so gentle that I actually fell asleep!

Top quality experience. I was recommended this place, and would recommend to others! Beautiful state of the art clinic, and all the staff are so wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. I always felt like they genuinely care about what’s right for me, so even though it’s expensive, I never once felt like they were trying to upsell - they only recommended what made sense for me. What you get is quality, time and care by experts, and a great result. The hygienist thoroughly cleans each tooth and gave me great tips, and caring touches like putting Vaseline on my cracked lips to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. Do try this place, it stands out as notably good!

I had a hygienist appointment with Inga who was amazing. So friendly and welcoming and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! So happy with the results! The process was painless too which was great since I heard to expect pain and got worried.Shinto was very helpful in reception when I arrived to the practice. Dr Neha and Jody-Ann performed my check-up before my appointment with Inga, they we’re brilliant too!Everyone at NG Smiles is so lovely and kind. 100% recommend!

Inga at NG Clinic is amazing! She’s so gentle, thorough, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience so much better. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and informed. She’s the reason I actually look forward to my cleanings! I visited NG Smiles for a deep clean, checkup and teeth whitening. I was treated by the incredible Neha Gokani who made a usually very nervous patient feel completely at ease in her chair. I highly recommend the clinic, the treatment from Neha, whose experience spans over 20 years, is faultless and she is supported by an incredible team. Not only will I be returning to the clinic for my regular checkups but I'm excited by the prospect of starting my journey with Invisalign.
